Getting started is simple. Reach out through our request form — we’ll give you a quote with no hidden fees, and answer any questions along the way. Once you’re ready to reserve your journey, we’ll send you a Services Agreement to sign, and send you secure invoice to pay for your trip online. Book now using our Request Form.

Our vehicles can accommodate up to 6 passengers.

A secure online invoice will be sent to your email once you’re ready to reserve your trip. VISA, MasterCard, and American Express are all accepted. Gratuity is not included. We don’t believe in predetermined gratuity costs. If you enjoy your service, then you’re welcome to tip your driver the amount you feel they deserve.

Enjoy complimentary bottles of water, and a medium-sized beverage from Tim Hortons for all passengers. HST is included. You’ll receive a waiting period of up to 15min for airport dropoffs for free. Afterwards, a $10 fee for every 10min of waiting time will be charged. For airport pickups, there is a 60min waiting period. We understand that there may be delays with flights — don’t worry, your driver will be tracking your flight to accommodate for any adjusted landing times. If you’re stuck in customs or waiting in the baggage area, please notify us ASAP so that our driver can continue waiting for you — otherwise, our driver will return to base after 60min and you’ll lose your deposit. If there are any changes to your flight, such as a cancellation, please notify us ASAP so that we can let our drivers know.

Multiple stops, and all waiting time is included. Enjoy complimentary bottles of water, and a medium-sized beverage from Tim Hortons for all guests. HST is not included.

Cancellations:

It is free to cancel your reservation for a full refund up to 3 days before your trip. Between 3 days and up to 24hrs prior to your trip, any cancellations will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellations within 24hrs will not be eligible for a refund.

Changes:

Airport Transfers: We understand that flights can be unpredictable. Therefore, changes to your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, such as cancellations due to weather, are permitted up to 1hr before your reservation time. If there are unforeseen cancellations or delays to your flight, please let us know ASAP so that we can let our drivers know. Afterwards, no changes are permitted.

All Other Services: Changes to your reservation, such as requesting a new date or extending the number of hours of your ride, is permitted up to 24hrs before your original reservation date/time. Afterwards, no changes are permitted.
